Nest and Rise is guided by a board of practitioners and strategists working at the intersection of housing, healthcare, policy, finance, and technology. As an innovation lab focused on building trauma-informed systems, our board brings the expertise and perspective required to design, test, and scale solutions that are ethical, equitable, and operationally viable at scale.
Together, we design and deliver bold solutions that make care more humane, more accountable, and easier to access. Our expertise allows us to work across systems—healthcare, housing, technology, and government—and turn complex ideas into real results. This unique blend allows us to move fluidly between community-based service delivery and systems-level transformation. Our collective governance helps Nest and Rise remain a trusted partner to funders, agencies, and providers looking to advance trauma-informed approaches with integrity and impact.
